I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Metro and tram, making it easy to navigate around the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and comfortable room. The private parking was very convenient, and there were also public transport options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Spacious, clean, great room service. Excellent staff, especially Olivia and the gentleman at the front desk. Effortless proximity to public transportation. Perfect sanctuary away from hustle and bustle. Centrally located, short walk to Lake Zurich and main shopping street. Huge loft suite with balcony access. Amazing bathroom with sauna, jacuzzi, and more. Delicious breakfast with fantastic omelettes.

The room was huge and well-equipped, with a separate living space and a spacious bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful. the location on a quiet street provided a peaceful atmosphere for rest and relaxation.
The breakfast offered was modest and not as grand as expected. Housekeeping needs improvement, as they did not always provide turndown service at a convenient time and missed some guest utensils.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel by the lake in Zurich. The location was perfect, with easy walking distance to the main shopping street and the old town. The room I stayed in was huge and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The breakfast was delicious and the service throughout my stay was excellent.
The only downside I experienced was the lack of a view from my room.

The hotel is located on a peaceful side street in a very nice area, close to the city center. It is within easy walking distance of main sites and even to the Hermes store. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable furniture and beds. The bathroom is also spacious and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The staff provides excellent service and is attentive to guests' needs.
The reception area and restaurant can feel a bit cramped and claustrophobic.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the spacious room had a Jacuzzi and exclusive room advantages, such as a flat, screen TV and free minibar. the service was outstanding, and the in, room breakfast was top, notch.
The only minor issue we encountered was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective, but it wasn't a big problem as the outdoor area was refreshing. we had a memorable and enjoyable stay at this elegant hotel.
